Each day the calendar highlighted important points such as what we do, how people can contribute and what it means to the families that get a break. Some days it featured competitions where people could win a Christmas themed prize (usually donated by our partners). You can also get involved on our Facebook and Twitter pages to win an advent prize.
The idea of the calendars is to not only do something fun and exciting at Christmas, but to drive people to the website and increase engagement on social media. Rumour has it one of our Ambassadors has a direct line to Father Christmas and there will be a special message from the big man himself!
