Children’s Christmas Party
The Children’s Christmas Party is back by popular demand next Friday 9th December, 17:00-19:00, in Wigmore House. The party is be for children of colleagues aged 3-11 years old, and tickets have been available via a ballot, with the proceeds being donated to our charity. Some of the team will be there on the night and we look forward to seeing all those who attend!
Dec the halls (Wigmore and Hangar 61)
It’s the return of the best festively decorated department competition – this year with the theme of pantomimes! Every pod that enters gets a £10 donation to a charity of their choice, and the winners will get £1,000 donated to their charity, second place will get £750 to theirs, and third place will get £500 to theirs. The judging will take place at Hangar 61 on Tuesday 13th December, and at Wigmore on Wednesday 14th December. The closing date for entries is next Friday 9th December.
In Retail, many stores are getting into the Christmas spirit and holding festive fundraising events in aid of our charity. Tony Pandy and Yate stores are holding Christmas raffles this month, and the Minehead store will be holding games, a tombola and a raffle during the Minehead shopping centre’s annual late night Christmas shopping event.
