We are recruiting now for the most sought after marathon ticket in the world.
As well as being an amazing personal achievement, the event will take place just before the end of the A Million Smiles campaign. It will mean an incredible two years of raising funds together will culminate in your marvellous marathon!
This could be your last chance to join your colleagues:
Last week, the fundraising team met at Wigmore to hold a Marathon Lunch & Learn for potential Team Starfish sign-ups. Not only did the group hear from the charity team, but also the TUI Trotters running club, and Sean Parker, for whom 2017 will be his second London Marathon.
“I will NEVER EVER forget the atmosphere of the London marathon. Throughout the 26.2 mile course the crowd is at least 3-4 people deep cheering and supporting you on. I had my name on my FHA running top (all provided by the FHA) and I could hear my name being chanted the whole way round the course. I felt like I was famous! The FHA had two cheering points as well at Mile 6 and Mile 24, and with fewer runners running for the FHA compared to the likes of NSPCC and Cancer Research UK, the FHA team have their beady eyes looking out for you and will take some snaps too. Great memorabilia to remember the day.”
