Picnic Week Competition Terms and Conditions
By taking part in this competition all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
This competition is open to anyone with a UK postcode aged 18 or over.
The competition closes at 23:59 on Sunday 25th June 2017. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
The competition can be entered by posting where your favourite place for a family walk and picnic is, as a Facebook message to the Family Holiday Association or a comment on the competition post, on Twitter, or as a comment on the Instagram competition post.
The prize is one of each of the Higgidy Quiches (4 flavours in total) and packs of Sausage/Veggie Rolls (4 flavours in total). The home address of the winner will be requested, and the prize will be sent in either the form of a voucher or actual product.
No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt. This competition is held by the Family Holiday Association.
The Family Holiday Association and Higgidy accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the competition or accepting prizes. The Family Holiday Association and Higgidy further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the competition.
The Family Holiday Association reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of the Family Holiday Association in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
