Going the extra mile

13 of your fantastic colleagues took part in the London Marathon in aid of our charity on Sunday 23rd April, and all of them completed the incredible 26.2 mile course. We would like to say a HUGE thank you to our wonderful Team Starfish for all the months spent training and fundraising for this iconic event:

Last month was also the first ever Battle of the Bands – with individuals in Wigmore partnering up to play as High Season for the first time and take on London Luton Airport’s Airplay. The TUI band – Dan Roberts, Oliver Gearing, Lawrence Wills, Lee Williams, Vicky Morris and Dan Garfield – were absolutely fantastic, spending months before the event rehearsing and putting on a fantastic show. Whilst Airplay were narrowly crowned the winners, more importantly the evening managed to raise an amazing £4,000 split between the Family Holiday Association and Keech Hospice. Thanks to everyone involved!
