Charity partner at BTTS and British Coach Tourism Awards

Family Holiday Association is delighted to be the official charity for the 2020 British Coach Tourism Awards

BTTS 20 240x126pxThe two day show takes place on the 25th & 26th March at the NEC in Birmingham, and is attended by hundreds of tour operators, group travel organisers and travel trade professionals. There will be talks and keynotes from well known figures in tourism, who will be providing their insights and trends about travel in the British Isles and further afield.

The evening of the 25th will be the British Coach Tourism Awards, this year being held at the National Motorcycle Museum. Attendees at this prestigious event will get to hear from the charity about their current campaign with the UK Coach industry, entitled “What a Difference a Day Makes”.

Angie Watson, Head of Fundraising and Comms, said:
“No one knows more than the coach industry the value of a day out. So we’re excited to be working on this campaign and thrilled that the British Coach Tourism Awards are on board.”

In addition to holding a fundraising raffle at the Awards, we are asking the industry to donate individual tickets on their routes, or perhaps even a whole coach that would allow a group of families to visit the seaside or a local tourist attraction.

Even a simple day out can help to lift families out of their everyday worries, giving them a chance to smile together.
