A record year at the PATA Christmas Lunch
We were delighted to be invited to be the official charity at the 2019 Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) Christmas Lunch.
Held on the 12th of December at the Royal Horseguards Hotel in central London, it was a fantastic event and PATA’s biggest Christmas Lunch to date.
Charity patron Alison Rice said a few words on behalf of the charity, and after lunch there was a charity raffle and auction.
The organisers said how blown away they were by all of the generous contributions, and in total the event raised a record total of £6,425!
The money will be used to help the Family Holiday Association provide even more short breaks and day trips to struggling families across the UK. These breaks can make such a difference to the children and their families, so a massive thank you to PATA for inviting us to join them, to everyone who donated prizes, and to all of the wonderful guests who purchased raffle tickets and bid in the charity auction.
