20% discount on Will-writing services

Co-op legal services

As a member of the Remember A Charity In Your Will organisation we are able to offer our supporters a 20% discount on Will-writing services through Co-operative Legal Services

Professional, convenient and easy-to-use, The Co-operative Legal Services Will-writing service can be arranged over the telephone from the comfort of your own home, and at a time that is right for you – from 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 9am-1pm on Saturdays.

Receive free, no-obligation advice and support in your first call, which should last around 10 minutes. A representative will explain how a Will protects you, your loved ones and your estate, and tell you more about the option of leaving a gift to a charity in your Will.

If you then wish to write your Will with The Co-operative Legal Services, they will agree a convenient time for a Will-writing specialist to take your instruction over the phone. This will take around 45 minutes. The company will also store your completed Will free of charge until it is needed.

A basic single Will from The Co-operative Legal Services will be provided with a 20% discount (total cost £99 plus VAT, representing a saving of £30 per single Will).

Remember A Charity In Your Will

The Family Holiday Association is a member of Remember A Charity In Your Will, a consortium of charities whose aim is to raise awareness of the numerous benefits associated with leaving a charitable legacy.

The charities work with each other and partners in the legal sector, government and private sector, to encourage more people to consider leaving a charitable gift in their Will once they’ve looked after their family and friends.

The Remember A Charity In Your Will website has lots of useful information for anybody considering making or changing their Will.
